Product description
The Holophane Petrolux PXLW is Acuity Brands' new LED Low Bay family for demanding lower-mount environments where dust, dirt and moisture are concerns. Ideal for petroleum refineries, ethanol & chemical plants, power generation, textile mills, water-treatment and parking garages.
Housing is low-copper cast aluminum (0.6% Cu) with super-durable TGIC thermoset powder coat (1,500 hr salt-fog standard; 5,000 hr with CR option). Lens available in prismatic borosilicate glass or silicone (won't chip, shatter or yellow); lens secured with 316SS tamper-resistant Torx® T-20 screws. Four distributions (FWD / LND / Medium / WD) maximize versatility.
0–10V dimming driver standard (down to 10%); 3000K / 4000K / 5000K CCT; 70/80/90 CRI. Optional XVOLT — robust driver protecting against power-quality issues and dropped neutral on 277V derived from 480V Wye (277–480V, 6kV surge). Field Adjustable Output (AO) module factory-preset to position 8. Optional integrated Bluetooth occupancy sensor (SBG BTP) configurable via the VLP app.
Mountings: UNM (Universal ceiling/pendant), PM (Pendant low-profile), YK90 (304SS Yoke 0–90°). Finishes: DBXD (Black), DGXD (Gray), DNXD (Satin Nickel), DWHXD (White) — all super-durable.
